Oakland Remodel, ADU, & Foundation Raise

This project was a full remodel, however this home in the Oakland hills required a foundation repair which meant we had to raise the entire home before we could even start the kitchen and home remodel. This project also included an addition of an ADU based on a retro design by the owner.
